These terms apply to the Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 pages operated on behalf of The Aparna Serene Park Flat Owners Maintenance Mutually Aided Cooperative Society Ltd ("the society"). By booking a pooja slot or making a contribution through these pages, you agree to them.

Who this is for

These pages exist to organise the Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 celebrations at Aparna Serene Park, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Bookings and contributions are intended for residents of the community and their invited family members.

Bookings

Pooja slots are limited in number and are allotted on payment. A slot is confirmed only when payment has been received and recorded against your booking. Where a slot is exclusive to one family, a second booking for the same slot cannot be accepted.

Timings shown are indicative. Aarti and pooja timings may vary slightly on the day at the discretion of the poojari and the organising committee. The committee may reschedule or alter arrangements where circumstances require it, and will inform affected families.

Contributions

Contributions are voluntary and are received by the society. They are used solely for the expenses of the Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 celebrations, including the pooja, the poojari, flowers, prasadam, decorations and related arrangements. Any surplus is retained by the society and applied to community purposes.

Contributions are not eligible for any tax exemption or deduction unless expressly stated in a receipt issued by the society.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials at any point. Amounts payable are calculated and confirmed by us before payment is initiated.

Conduct at the venue

Participants are asked to follow the instructions of the organising committee and the poojari, and to respect the arrangements made for other families. The committee may decline participation where conduct affects the celebrations or the safety of others.

Photography

Photographs and video may be taken at the celebrations and shared within the community. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell a committee member.

Liability

Participation in the celebrations is at your own risk. The society is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the venue.
