This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 pages, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The Aparna Serene Park Flat Owners Maintenance Mutually Aided Cooperative Society Ltd is responsible for this information.

What we collect

When you book a pooja slot or make a contribution, we collect your name, your flat number (block, floor and flat), your phone number and, where you provide it, your gothram and email address. We record the amount paid and a reference for the transaction.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or any banking credentials. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment partner.

Why we collect it

Your name and flat number let the organising committee confirm your booking at the venue on the day. Your phone number lets us contact you about your booking or a payment problem. The amount and reference let the committee reconcile contributions and present accounts to residents.

Who can see it

Members of the organising committee can see booking and contribution records. Publicly visible pages show flat numbers only, never names or phone numbers, and contributors who choose to give anonymously are not identified publicly at all.

We share information with our payment partner only as needed to process a payment, and with no one else, except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Booking and contribution records are kept by the society as part of its accounts for the festival. Payment screenshots and other uploaded files are deleted once the corresponding payment has been reconciled.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it where we are not required to keep it for the society's accounts. Write to the committee using the details on our contact page.
